Junes update is probably one of the most exciting I think, University is now over and we are now getting ready for the exhibition from the 30th of June to the 3rd of July. This will be at Free Range in London at The Truman Brewery, however, I’m only able to attend the Thursday private view and Friday the 1st of July.
Another amazing thing that has happened is after applying for the Canon Student Development Programme I’ve been selected as one of the top 100 participants, so what does this mean? It means that I will be having Clive Booth as my mentor for 3 sessions that will last up to an hour per session. After this, we will submit our portfolio again to try and make the 30.
On the 10th of June, I had my first mentorship lesson with Clive and found it just incredible to talk to someone new about my work and how to make it more appealing for people. So over the next coming few weeks, I will be working on creating my portfolio to have a better user experience.
